Hi there,

I'm trying to translate the author box and I'm using the "Ultimate Author Box" plugin.
I have the "Multilingual Blog" contract by the way.

How can I translate the bio of the authors when I switch the page language?

Hi and thank you for contacting WPML Support!

I will be happy to help you with this.

First of all, thank you for your patience and sorry for the delay - there's a good amount of tickets in our queue so it takes a bit longer to respond.

Now, regarding the issue that you are currently experiencing, from my understanding, you need to translate a plugin and that is only possible with at least the "Multilingual CMS" subscription plan (the one in the middle).

Here you can find a table comparison for each of the membership plans:

You should be able to upgrade (in case you are interested in doing that) by just paying the difference between the membership plan you already paid for and the one you want to purchase.

After that, you should be able to find the WPML String Translation and WPML Translation Management plugins in the WPML download section for your account here:

Here is also some very helpful documentation related to plugin and string translation that you can use after you have upgraded:

I hope that you will find this information helpful.

Please let me know if you still have a question regarding this topic.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei
