I have followed the steps in https://wpml.org/forums/topic/icanlocalize-migration-could-not-complete-15/ but they do not fix the issue on this website.

Issue:
ICanLocalize migration could not complete
WPML needs to update your connection to ICanLocalize, but could not complete the change.

Please contact WPML support and give them the following debug information:

Failed step: token
WPML_TM_ICL20_Migrate_Remote::get_token - 0: Missing ICL Website ID ($ts_id)

Would you be willing to provide me with WordPress credentials and FTP access so we could investigate the issue directly?

I will probably need to reach out our translation services support, as we may need to apply something to wp-config.php to get this fixed.

May I add that another WMPL ticket is dependent on this as due to this error, we are unable to access any WPML settings. We have another ticket regarding duplication of the featured image.

Other ticket can be handled separately, yes, but it can only be handled after this one has been resolved. This one blocks the handling of the other ticket as currently the WPML settings pages are blank due to the iCanLocalize issue.

Ok, thank you, I see you said "We even can't edit any translations anymore, and we don't even use iCanLocalize, never have!!", that was something I had to check if you used this service and wasn't able to.

Checking this with our 2nd tier further now.
