Tell us what you are trying to do? I'm trying to translate a form from "Ultimate Membership Pro"

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

thanks for contacting us.

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

I don't see the Ultimate Membership Pro in our tested plugin list (https://wpml.org/plugin/) so without more information, it's difficult to provide you with instructions.

Please check
1. if the form is a custom post type, the post type should be set as translatable in WPML > Settings > Post types translation
2. check if you can translate the form via String Translation (you can refer to https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/)

If you still have the issue, please reproduce the problem here so we can better check it.

Hello,

You should be able to translate this plugin with WPML String Translation.

Please go to WPML -> Theme and Plugin Localization and scan the plugin for new strings.

Then try to locate and translate the strings at WPML -> String Translaion by selecting the plugin text domain form the dropdown or using the text search field.

If you can not lovate the strings, try scrolling down to the the bottom of the page and click "Translate texts in admin screens".

Here search for the form strings and try to add them to String Translation.

Let me know if you need further assistance and I can offer to have a look at the site.

Best regards
Andreas
