The site when it chooses in Portuguese the images disappear, before it appeared normal and now they do not appear more.

Thank you for contacting us. Please, my sincere apologies for the delay in answering.

Have you tried to sync the images again? If not please follow the steps below:

- Click on the WPML > Settings > Media Translation
[X] Translate existing media in all languages
[X] Duplicate existing media for translated content
[X] Duplicate the featured images for translated content
- Click on the Start button

If the problem persists, please follow these other steps:
- Open the desired product
- Remove the thumbnail image
- Click on the Update button
- Open the translated product
- Click on the "Save & Close" button
- Insert the thumbnail again on the default language product
- Click on the Update button

Following these steps, does the problem persist?
