I have two separate websites (English + Bahasa Indonesia), both built on Joomla and they have been exported and imported into WordPress. I'm trying to link the EN posts with their respective ID posts but need your advise on the best way to go about it.

I've seen the guide https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/export-multilingual-websites-using-wp-all-export-wpml/ but is this only possible if the EN+ID was initially together on the same website?

As both websites were initially separate, they are now both imported into 1 WordPress site, both EN and ID together

Hi There,

The best option here would indeed be to use WP All Import + WPML All Import

See the documentation here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-all-import-plugin-website-import-with-wpml/
