Hi,

One thing worth trying - can you check this?

Does it help in any way? So activating this cookie thing, clear caching and try then.

the language cookie was active as you can see from DevTools (see screenshot)

I just tried to slightly change the string in PHP and translate it again, but it does not work either.

Just another update: i download the generated PO file from String translations -> Import/Export .po and i found that the translation is loaded in the file.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Hi Mateus,

i've checked the FTP account and it does works. Also, I upgraded the user permission, now is an admin.
I have to ask you if is it possible to not copy any data to another server, thank you.

I asked my colleagues to have a look at this issue in order to see if there's anything I'm missing.
