I am trying to: I want to translate the word "all" in this filter, on all our different languages.

Instead, I: don't find any place to translate this.

Is this 'All' string part of your theme or a plugin that you are using?
Have you searched for this string in the Strings Translation section?
If you could not find it in the Strings Translation section, have you tried to search for it in the texts in admin screens section?
