When trying to access hidden link or hidden link it results in an infinite redirect loop.

But hidden link and hidden link and all other links works!

What I already did:
Wordpress and WPML are updated to the latest version.
When I disable WPML, it works.
When I disable all other Plugins, it doesn´t work.
Settings -> Permalinks and re-save the permalinks
When switching to another theme, I get a site not found-message, because the other theme doesn´t know my custom post types.

Hello heliA,
I agree infinite loop should not occur in any case (we're checking that).
'2018' is 'event_year' taxonomy term and treated as string by WPML.
Thus it's correctly found on '2018-en' since original string is translated.

If you want to access 'en/eventyear/2018/' for now,
can you please consider declaring 'event_year' taxonomy as 'Not translatable'?

I want to access the english version /en/eventyear/2018-en/ and the german version /eventyear/2018/ - but the german version leads to the redirect loop.

Hello heliA,
I can confirm there is an issue with date-like slugs.

It's reported to our dev team and we're working on it. I will update here about progress.
Thank you for your patience.

Hi srdjan,

The problem is still existing. Any progress on your side?
Can I make a workaround by changing the slugs from "2018" to something like "y2018"?

Hi HeliA,
our dev team added this ticket to their queue
and it's still waiting to be processed.

Yes, on my tests only slugs that are date-like caused infinite loop.
Other slugs worked fine, and I think 'y2018' or any other unambiguous string will work.
Please let me know if changing slugs worked for you.
