Is there any documentation that you are following?
Online instructions
Is there a similar example that we can see?
Log into your site (which site? The site to be translated?) and in the WordPress admin (there is no WordPress admin)?!
What is the link to your site?

I transformed the chat into a ticket because it seems you got disconnected but we never actually fixed the issue.

Please contact your client and ask for the site access. i'd suggest you ask them for administrator access and then you can install and configure WPML following this documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/
