Background of the issue:
I have the OTGS installer downloaded and installed. I am trying to install plug-ins from the installer for a site under development.

Symptoms:
When I try to install any of your plug-ins from the installer, it confirms that the process is complete, but there are no plug-ins showing.

Questions:
Why are the plug-ins not showing after installation?
