This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
After installing WPML on the testing website, the client noticed an intermittent issue where the animated cards/text in the hero section of the homepage appeared overlapped, mirrored, or duplicated.
Solution:
We conducted tests by refreshing the page multiple times and using different browsers but could not reproduce the issue. If the problem persists even with WPML plugins disabled, it is unlikely that WPML is causing the issue, as it cannot affect the site when inactive. We recommend temporarily disabling or commenting out any custom code on the site to check if the issue still occurs.

Hi WPML Support Team,

We have successfully installed WPML on our testing website:

However, after the installation, we noticed an intermittent issue on the homepage hero/banner section.

Sometimes, the animated cards/text in the hero section appear overlapped, mirrored, or duplicated visually. This issue was not occurring before installing WPML.

Could you please help us investigate this and suggest the recommended fix or compatibility settings?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Could you please point me to the specific part of the screenshot where the issue appears? I reviewed the screenshot and the hero section on the site, but I’m not seeing the problem yet.

Also, how was this hero section created (e.g., Elementor, theme builder, custom code)?

If you temporarily disable WPML, does the issue persist or disappear?

Hi,

Mistakenly, I uploaded the wrong screenshot earlier. Attached is the correct screenshot for reference.

The issue appears in the hero banner carousel/cards section on the homepage. Sometimes the text inside the animated cards becomes overlapped/mirrored/duplicated visually during the animation transition.

The issue is intermittent and does not happen consistently on every page load, which is why it may not be visible currently.

The hero section was created using custom development/code on the website.

We have noticed this behavior only after installing WPML. We are still testing further, including temporarily disabling WPML, to confirm whether the issue disappears completely without the plugin enabled.

Thanks

Thank you for your feedback.

I performed additional tests, refreshing the page multiple times and trying different browsers, but I was still unable to reproduce the issue.

If the problem persists even with WPML plugins disabled, it is unlikely to be caused by WPML, as it cannot affect the site when inactive.

The notices shown in your screenshot appear to be harmless and are likely related to custom code on the site. I would recommend temporarily disabling or commenting out any custom code to see if the notices still appear.
