I am trying to:install site key

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:key accepted so that I can update the plugin

Instead, I got: invalid site key

I deleted the site, added it back then entered new key. That did not work. Website is hosted with WP Engine.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting WPML support.

I'm sorry for the late response. I will do my best to help you solve this issue.

1.- I can see that the domain of the live site and the staging site are differents. Could you confirm that you added both sites to your wpml.org account?

Also, have you tried manually updating the plugins via FTP?
In this link you can find a simple tutorial on how to update WordPress plugins via FTP: hidden link
You can download WPML plugins from this link: https://wpml.org/account/downloads/

2.- Please increase the PHP Memory Limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

- Add it above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Kind regards,
Carlos
