We are wondering if it is possible to work with different translation services for the same website, so each one will work on 1 or 2 language out of the 8 different languages.

Also, is it possible to have multiple translation services working on the same language, but assign them different pages?

Thank you!

Just a follow up question. We are thinking then add them as translators so they can export XLIFF files and put them back. How different is that process to Translation Service? Also, is it fair to say that a translation service connection type is more secure that creating a translator user?

Hello,

The difference is that now they will access to your site as translators.

You will still sent the translation jobs from within Translation Management but now instead of assigning it to a translation service you will be assigning it to each translator seperately

as far as security its always more secure not giving direct access to the site but being that they will not be administrators it should be ok , for example just set them as "Editors" and then go to WPML-.Translation Manager->Translation Roles-> and add them as translators
