Background of the issue:
I'm in the process of switching a client's website to a Block Theme using a staging environment. I have followed the official guide on translation management and translated the navigation block, header pattern, and entire page template.

Symptoms:
The translated version of the website is displaying an incorrect navigation menu, showing an old or non-existent menu from a previous Classic Theme. Additionally, the language switcher block is not working well with the default navigation block in drop-down mode, making it inaccessible via keyboard.

Questions:
How can I ensure the correct navigation menu is displayed in the translated version of the website?
What steps can I take to make the language switcher block accessible via keyboard in drop-down mode?
