Hi, Sometimes I have text directly on images for both languages of a site....the way it has always worked with me and maybe i am doing something wrong, but I will build a page first in English , then translate to French using the language editor, then I would have to manually open the new translated page to change the images manually if there is any text in French on them..as if in manual mode...

However if I have to make a correction in the translation editor for that given page, all of my images switch back to English when I look at the french page, which requires me to have to manually switch them back .....

I noticed this also happens with certain buttons ...the text will revert back to the original language every time I open and save something in the translation editor

For the buttons, or images, I do not have access to them form the translation editor...I have the latest WPML updates as well

I also have the media Translator installed, but most of the documentation is about e-commerce issues in regards to alt and title descriptions....So i would like to know how I can resolve this

my site is hidden link

thanks

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

Can you tell me if you are using WPBakery Page Builder to create all the pages and set translated images?

Also, have you seen this link?
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/need-to-be-able-to-translat-visual-composers-single-images/

As for the page overwrite - these aren't duplicates, correct? Does it happen when you are using default WordPress theme or have only WPML and WPBakery Page Builder activated?

Before we investigate this issue further, could you make sure your server conforms to our minimum requirements?
https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

Based on provided debug information, I can see the following - WP Memory Limit: 40M.

Specifically, could you set WP Memory limit to at least 256MB and then let me know if this fixed your issue?

Bruno Kos
