Dear WPML support,

We are having issue with fonts in translated pages. When we copy/paste text in the translated area we lose fonts and the only solution we found so far was to manually enter the translated text but we don't think this is the only solution so we would kindly ask for your help. Could you please let us know step by step what we should do or if you could check our account and set this option for us.

That procedure usually shouldn't be necessary. However, this forum is intended for how to questions and it seems that the issue that you are experiencing is beyond that and it is more a technical problem, maybe a compatibility issue.
