Can you please make sure I have full admin access? I need to check WPML -> Settings to see if there is a custom field setting for this video upload, as well as the list of plugins to see which versions are active. I don't see WPML in the dashboard menu at all. Let me know once this is updated and I can further troubleshoot. Thanks!

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

I reviewed your site and the woodmart_wc_video_gallery field was set to copy. If you want to show different galleries per language, this should be set to translate, which I have now changed. I then updated the original and translated pages. Please tell me the name of the video file in each language so that I can double check the media translation and reupload the video now that the field is correctly set to translate.
