Unfortunately after doing what you suggested (php memory limit was only increased to 384mb which is what the host allowed us), I still get the very same error on the website.
In this case, I kindly ask you to follow these steps and let me know the results:
- Edit one of the pages in the original language
- Make a small change in the content
- Save the changes and update the translation
Hi, yes, now the editor opens, this fixed it, however there are more problems that are still not resolved:
- If you go to translate the page, it shows English to English and not German to English, even though German is selected as the main language.
- If you go on Translations, choose a translation job and click "Take and Translate" the page just reloads and nothing happens.
- I thought this is because I am not a translator, however when I go to add myself as a translator, the system does not recognize me as an option to be a translator (I am not to be found in the user db there).
1.- With the screenshot you shared, I don't have enough context to provide an answer. Could you create a video using Loom or Kommodo describing the steps to reproduce the issue and share the link in your next message?
2.- Please resend the content for translation in WPML -> Translation Dashboard so it creates a new translation job. This will make sure the current translation job is not corrupted.
3.- If you are an administrator user, then you won't appear in the translators tab because your user will be added as a translation manager automatically.
