I have the WooCommerce part built with the Crocoblocks Jet Woo Builder. However I can't translate those pages anymore, I get an error when I try to do so (attached). If I go to the translation queue, when I click "Take and Translate" or Translate, it simply reloads the page, no translation management is loaded.

Hello and welcome to WPML support.

Would you please follow the steps below?

The minimum requirement is 128M but I suggest that you increase it to 512M: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

You can add this by adding the code below to "wp-config.php" file of your WordPress installation root folder:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Please add the code above the line below:

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

After that, please do as follows:

- Make sure that you are logged in wpml.org.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)".
- Click the "Unregister WPML" link. (Your translations will be safe)
- Click the "Register WPML" at the right section of the screen.
- Click the "Get a key for this site" link annotated in the screenshot below.
- A new page will open up and the auto-generated key will show in pop-up.
- Copy the key and paste it into the "Site Key" input box annotated in the screenshot below.
- Click the "OK" button.

See if it fixes the issue, if not, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Thanks.
