Hi there, we’d be happy to proceed with the advanced check. If you can provide us with the code snippet (or plugin), we can install it on several of our projects and monitor the behavior. Hopefully, this will help identify what’s triggering the issue.

Here's a link to download a plugin file which should be uploaded to the site wp-content/mu-plugins folder.

Whenever the option wpml-cache-translators-translate is modified that should send details of what was changed and what triggered the change to the debug.log.
Hi,
Thanks for sending this over. We’ve now added the tool and activated it on a few of the affected sites.
Before we start monitoring the logs, we just wanted to clarify what exactly we should be looking for in the debug.log. Could you let us know which specific log entries or messages are triggered by this plugin, so we know which entries are relevant for you?
That way we can make sure we’re sending you the right information.
The most important part for us is the TRACE: section, since it shows which plugin/process/function triggered the update of the wpml-cache-translators-translate option.
To make it easier, you can simply share the full debug.log file with us after the issue happens, and we will review the relevant entries from our side.
