welcome, please check the issue, i can't translate product, it still waiting, the jobs and translation queue don't load correctly, although my site iworking good

Sure, I will be glad to help.

Just to confirm, the issue is that you can not access WPML > Translations and the page with the translation queue does not load correctly, right?

Please share admin access to the website, and also make sure to create a full backup before we proceed, just in case.

Thanks, I have cancelled the stuck translation jobs, and the Translation Queue and Translation Dashboard are now opening correctly.

Please check on your side and let me know if there are any other issues.

Hello,

It looks like this is a new issue, so I would like to keep things separated and clean for easier tracking.

The original issue was related to the Translation Queue not opening at all and being stuck, where you had around 18,000 translation jobs that needed to be cleared.

I have now opened a new ticket for this new problem and I have already started checking it there.

Please let’s continue the discussion in the new ticket and reply there with the requested details, I am waiting for your reply there.

I've checked the server files and noticed a subdomain folder named demo.wahageg.com. If it's easier for you to create a staging site there directly on the server instead of a local copy, please feel free to do so.

Regarding the Duplicator PRO plugin, since the WordPress dashboard is still blocking the upload, please send me the plugin zip file or a download link. I will upload it manually via the File Manager to the plugins folder so you can start working immediately.

Hello Drazen,

I checked the server configuration and tested plugin uploads manually from wp-admin.

I was able to successfully upload and install a test plugin, so uploads are now working correctly.

You can proceed with uploading Duplicator PRO and continue your investigation.

I also increased the PHP limits and PHP-FPM resources on the VPS.

Hello Drazen,

We found another issue that seems related to WPML/taxonomies.

When trying to add a new WooCommerce product category from Products → Categories, WordPress shows the error:

“Empty Term.”

This happens even with a simple category name/slug, and it also happens when trying to duplicate an existing product category.

We already tested:

* WPML String Translation disabled
* WooCommerce Multilingual disabled
* WoodMart Core disabled
* WPML troubleshooting actions: Set language information, Fix terms count, Synchronize post taxonomies, Clear WPML cache

The issue still happens.

Can you please check the WPML taxonomy/term tables and WooCommerce product_cat language data? It looks like product category creation is being blocked or corrupted by taxonomy/language handling.
