Unable to translate the GiveWP form

Solution:

If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:

2) Follow these steps after ensuring you have a backup:
- Open the Give Form for editing in the default language.
- Make a minor change in the Form and update it.
- Navigate to WPML>>Translation Management Dashboard.
- Select the Give Form you wish to translate or update the existing translations.
- Send it to the Translation Basket.
- Go to WPML>>Translation Management>>Translation Basket.
- Send it for translation, choosing yourself as the translator.
- Visit WPML>>Translations queue and click the *Translate* button to translate the Give Form.

For more detailed instructions, please refer to this documentation.

I modified the code in the class-give-db-meta.php file as instructed in the link. Now, I no longer receive a critical error immediately after attempting to add a translation, but a different issue has arisen. Details are in the screenshot.

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

Please create a new Give Form (a simple one for testing) and make sure the issue exists or not.

Also, please try the following steps after a backup and make sure the issue exists or not.

3) Visit WPML>>Translation Management Dashboard
4) Choose the Give Form you want to translate or update the existing translations
5) Send it to Translation Basket
6) Visit WPML>>Translation Management>>Translation Basket
7) Send it for translation, by choosing yourself as a translator
8) Visit WPML>>Translations queue and translate the Give Form by clicking the *Translate* button

This is the actual workflow for translation. Refer to this article for more details https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/

I followed the provided instructions, and it truly helped me get the translations up and running. I'm very grateful!
However, a new issue has arisen... The translations are not always accurate. My form supports four languages: English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), and French. English works well (it's the default language). The French translation is also mostly acceptable. But for Chinese, the translation barely works, except for a few fields. Additionally, it only allows me to manually translate the form's headings(hidden link).
Here's the link to the form: hidden link
