This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: If you're trying to translate the entire page on your site using WPML but find that it does not translate the main menu and footer, you might need to apply some manual settings. Solution: 1. For the menu, you need to manually create them in the second language: - Go to Appearance → Menus. - Click the language link you want to create a menu for. - Name your new menu and click Create Menu. - Finally, add menu items and save. For more details, visit Translating Menus. 2. For the footer, depending on whether it was created via Elementor templates or WordPress widgets, follow the respective guide: - Elementor and WPML - Translating Widgets 3. If you need to translate specific strings such as text in the header or footer, use the WPML > String Translation. Search for the text, translate it, and for texts not appearing, use the Admin Texts Translation link under Utilities. 4. Create a widget for each language and set it to show only for that language. For more information, visit Translating Widgets.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I want to translate the whole page on my site hidden link. I have enabled automatic translation of the entire page using WPML.
Symptoms:
It does not translate the main menu and footer.
some parts of website still require manual intervention and translation, please check next:
1) For menu, you need to create them in 2nd language:
Go to Appearance → Menus.
Click the language link you want to create a menu for.
Name your new menu and click Create Menu.
Finally, add menu items and save.
2) For footer, I am not sure how did you created it, is it via Elementor templates or WordPress widgets. Either way please follow our guide and translate them:
Can you share what part you wish to translate? I see the menu is translated. Do you mean text in the header (tel. number) and footer or?
If so please go to WPML > String translation and try searching for these text and then translate. On the same page you can also Scroll to Utilities, expand the Not seeing strings you are looking for? section, and click on the Admin Texts Translation link.
It's exactly about the phone number, the "GET OFFER" button and the text from the footer. I found it and it looks translated but it doesn't show up on the page

Please share a regular admin user as I need to be able to check user settings also and can not do that with a temporary login. You can use your own and later change the password, or create a new admin user and use one of your email addresses for security reasons.
