I am trying to: Filter the products

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: this amount of taxonomies. hidden link

This is the correct amount. It shows only on the Latvian language.

Instead, I got: some taxonomies amounts duplicated. I don't even have that many products in that category. It duplicated some Makers, Resolutions and so on. Please see an attached file, what do I mean.

P.S. I have already tried troubleshooting WPML

Hello,
Thank you for contacting WPML support.

1.- I would like to ask you to follow this steps:
- Create a full backup of the site before making any change.
- Update all outdated plugins and themes.
- Flush any cache memory that might exists.
- Go to Woocommerce -> Woocommerce Multilingual -> Status tab -> Fix the problems that appear.
- Go to Woocommerce -> Woocommerce Multilingual -> Settings tab -> Troubleshooting link (bottom right) -> Select all options -> Click on the 'Start' button

Could you tell me the result of the steps above?

2.- Please increase the PHP Memory Limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

- Add it above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Kind regards,
Carlos

I have done everything that you have said, but unfortunately, this did not help. The problem is still there. I can not update 2 plugins as 1 of it I can see that I need to translate and for another, I'm still waiting for an update from theme developers. But it should not be a problem in those plugins.

Hi there,
Thank you very much for your message.

Could you tell me if the issue persists with a default WordPress theme active, like Twenty Nineteen?

Regards,
Carlos

So, when I have changed to Theme Twenty Neneteen, There are no filters at all. I came up now to a bigger problem, that my original theme lost taxonomies as well, and they don't show up.

Hi there,
I'm sorry but I don't understood your message.

Regarding the issue with the filters, I see that your are showing the filter widgets in all languages. Could you tell me if the issue persists if you show the actual filters only in Latvian and create another set of widgets to be shown only in Russian?

Regards,
Carlos

Hi,

To show the widgets in only one language you need to follow this steps: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/displaying-different-widgets-for-different-languages/

Carlos
