This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where items added to the cart do not stay in the cart when using WPML Multilingual, WPML SEO, and WPML String Translations plugins.
Solution:
1. Ensure your site is backed up for safety.
2. Update WPML to the latest version, WPML 4.7.1, from the Plugins >> Add New Plugin page. Click the Commercial tab and then the “Check for updates” button.
3. Install the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin if not already installed. This can be downloaded from the WPML.org downloads page: https://wpml.org/download/woocommerce-multilingual-multicurrency/
4. Configure the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin following the documentation here: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/#plugins-you-need
5. If the issue persists, flush any cache and use the troubleshooting tools in WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency under the Status tab to fix potential issues.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that when customers add products to the cart, all items remain in the cart. We have identified that the issue is related to the WPML plugins we use: WPML Multilingual, WPML SEO, and WPML String Translations. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
Items added to the cart do not stay in the cart. Specifically, the second, third, and possibly fourth items disappear. See screenrecording, how item Nora disappears.

Questions:
How can we resolve this bug?

Hi,

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, I'd like to guide you through some initial debugging steps to speed up the support process.

To begin, please follow the below steps and let us know how it goes:

1. Take a backup of your site first for safety reasons.

2. We have recently released WPML 4.7.1, please update it to the latest version. You can update it from Plugins >> Add New Plugin page, click the Commercial tab, and then click the “Check for updates” button. Here is the screenshot for more details:

3. Please make sure to install the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin which is required to make WooCommerce plugin multilingual, if the WPML is registered properly on your site you should be able to download it from Plugins >> Add New plugin > Commercial tab, or directly download it from WPML.org downloads page: https://wpml.org/download/woocommerce-multilingual-multicurrency/

4. After installing WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin, please configure it by following the below doc: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/#plugins-you-need

5. If the issue persists, please share a short video using Loom or a similar tool, showing your screen to help us better understand the problem.

Hello thank you for your response!
We do already have the Woocommerce Multilinugal and Multicurrency installed, I forgot to mention that.

Here's a loom video, as you can see, the Marta product was added to the cart, but when going to the cart page, it disappears.

Plugins were updated. Can you please advise further debugging or know issues like these products dropping?

Hello,
My name is Carlos and I will continue working on this ticket

Please follow these steps:
- Create a full site backup
- Flush any cache memory that might exist
- Go to Woocommerce -> Woocommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency -> Status tab -> Fix any issue that might appear in the first section -> Click on the 'Troubleshooting' link (bottom right) -> Select all options and click on the 'Start' button -> Wait for the process to finish and double-check if the issue disappeared

Could you tell me the results of the steps described above?
