This is a compatibility issue. I'm Afraid, I don't have an easy fix, Escalated the issue to the compatibility team. In most cases, a workaround will be posted by our developers, If not we will try our best to make the plugin compatible with WPML by contacting the plugin author.

I will keep you posted with any updates.

I have an update already, Our compatibility developers has given a workaround, you need to alter some code on WP responsive menu plugin files.

Using FTP open the file in the path
wp-content/plugins/wp-responsive-menu/inc/wprmclass.php Edit the line 483:

Change:

if( $m->term_id == $this->option('menu') ) $menu = $m;

into this:

if( $m->term_id == get_option('wprmenu_options')['menu'] ) $menu = $m;

This helps solve your issue. However, this is a temporary workaround. You can request the plugin author to contact us directly through our go global program https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/ to make the plugin compatible with WPML.

Kind regards
Raja
