This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to display a filter on translated pages using WPML, but the filter does not appear on these pages. It seems that the filter is present but attempts to pull content from the original language, resulting in it appearing empty.
Solution:
We recommend checking the configuration of your filter to ensure it is set to retrieve content based on the current language of the page rather than defaulting to the original language. This adjustment should allow the filter to display the correct content on translated pages. If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please visit our known issues page and verify that you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed. If the problem persists, we encourage you to open a new support ticket for further assistance. You can do so at our support forum.

Hi,

Can you check both of these documents:

Can you follow these instructions and tell me you still have any questions? To begin with, Smart Filters post type should be set as translatable.

This does not fix it.
My filters show perfectly fine on translated pages if not connected to a query. So it is the query that gives problems.

Since the issue seems to be related to the query rather than the filters themselves, would you be willing to provide me with temporary WordPress credentials so I can investigate the issue directly? You can review our privacy and security policy here:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

I've marked your next reply as private so you can safely share the credentials.

Also, please take a look at this related thread to see if it might offer some insight:

To help me better understand what’s going wrong, could you also provide more specific information, such as:

* The URL(s) where the issue is occurring
* Backend and frontend screenshots showing the query setup and where it fails
* Details on what exactly is expected vs. what’s happening

JetEngine offers quite a wide range of functionality, so the more context you can provide, the better I’ll be able to assist.

There is a server protection in place, can you send these credentials as well?

Ok, to confirm, this is the filter we have hidden link and that one does not show on the translations?

It is there in the translated pages, but it tries to pull the content from the original language and that is why it is empty.

Hi Bruno
I just did a double check: and I see that it is the translated filters that had an error. Looks like its working now!
