Client Uzik has been developing with WPML and had a successful connection to GlobalLink with multiple submissions sent and received.

Unfortunately, there was a faulty update on the GlobalLink side (file format) and new submissions were sent to WPML but never reached GlobalLink.

Now the configuration in GlobalLink is correct. What should we do to have those submissions reach to GlobalLink?

Hi, and thanks for contacting our support forum.

I think the best option now is to re-send the jobs again and the old jobs will be automatically cancelled on WPML and TP, and the new jobs will be sent to your service.

Is there any way of recovering the old jobs? or can we clone that on our end without asking the client to re-submit?

Our developer checked the jobs and they are all cancelled and there is no way to fix the old jobs so the only option now is to ask the client to send the jobs again.
