Are these languages 2 separate pages and not a translation of each other ?

If so then no this won't be possible.

I have adding and design one English tour page for tour detail, them duplicate many same page, to keep same title design, just change different detail. and same as in Chinese language,
I just want to know how can i link English & Chinese vision , them they can switching each other (Please have looking attached image from Loco Translate) i can link them for switching each other

Yes then this is possible as you can select which page this is a translation of.

Hi there,
My name is Carlos and I will be taking this ticket because our colleague Shane is on vacations.

You can find the option "This is a translation of" when you edit the post/page in the right column (right where you are pointing in the attached image)
