May i know why after i translated my "Header" & "Footer" template to few languages, then i go to "Appeareance" > "Customize" then select the language and insert the following header and footer based on their langauge then publish after that i go view the website, when change "Mandarin" language it still display "English" header and footer template.

Hello there, Our compatibility team responded with a workaround.
Open the file in path wp-content/themes/jupiterx/lib/templates/fragments/footer.php

1) Find the code

 if ( empty( $template ) && jupiterx_is_preview() ) {

2) Replace it with

$template = apply_filters('wpml_object_id', $template, 'elementor_library', true);
 if ( empty( $template ) && jupiterx_is_preview() ) {

Once done goto Appearance > Customize > Footer, Choose the appropriate language in the customizer and select the translated footer.

This should fix the issue for you.
