In Gravity Forms you can set up for every type of product in Product field
"Label" = this is what customer see on the website --> so you can e.g. insert product name and "<img src=..." to add image
"Value" = the value is saved in back-end

But when you activate "Gravity Forms Multilingual" plugin, the "Label" will stop showing up in front-end and instead there will be showed "Value".

And I need to have in "Value" just plain text because of the conditional logic etc...

URL of (my) website where problem appears:
Testing form - hidden link

I expected to see:
Products with images - see screenshot.

Instead, I got:
Plain text.

Steps to duplicate the issue:
Create form, add "Product" field, "Field type" set as "Radio buttons" and then check "show value". Insert "Label" (with some html code) and "Value" (plain text). Save - on website you will see products with html magic. Then activate "Gravity Forms Multilingual", refresh page and just plain text.

Thank you for your help.

Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'll be happy to help you with this. Please provide your debug information so that I can get a look at some of your configurations. We have an excellent article on how to located here:

NOTE: Please be sure to check the box to indicate you can provide debug info and paste your debug info in the debug field provided, and NOT in the general response field.

Please try increasing the WP Memory Limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

If you move the HTML from the label field to the description field, does the image show correctly?

In addition, check if the pages on which the form is added are translated correctly and are not duplicates of the English page.

If the issue still exists, please check if the problem still occurs when you deactivate all non-WPML related plugins (except Gravity Forms, of course) and temporarily change to a default theme such as Twenty Fifteen.

Please let me know the results of these tests.
