Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I have checked your site source code and found out that your site is using different header for desktop and mobile layout as you can see in the attached screenshot. And language switcher is added only on desktop header and desktop header is being hidden in mobile layout using CSS that’s why you are facing this issue.

You can fix this issue in two ways:
1. Either add language switcher in mobile header as you have added in desktop header.
2. Or please add below CSS in WPML >> Languages > Additional CSS section:

@media (max-width: 768px) {
.site-header .site-logo, #site-navigation, #sticky-navigation {
    display: none !important;
    opacity: 0.0;

body .site-header {
	display:block !important;
	opacity: 1 !important;
	background: transparent !important;

.site-header .inside-header, .header-widget, .nav-float-right .header-widget .widget {
    margin: 0 !important;
    padding: 0 !important;

.header-widget ul {
	border-right-style: solid;

And it will look as in the attached screenshot. Please let me know if this resolves your issue or you need further assistance with this issue.

Thank you
