I expected to see the language switcher (Eng and Portuguese) in the top default menu and the footer.

Instead, both locations are not showing.

I have been using this tutorial: hidden link

There is no Debug infobox per the instructions, just links to the "communications log" page. Which was said to be invalid when I copied/pasted it here.

Was not sure how to generate the duplicator file as I'm new to this and have a learning curve.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

1. I have checked your site and I can see the footer language switcher on your site as you can see in the attached screenshot.

2. You can add language switcher in your site menu from WPML >> Languages > Menu Language Switcher.

Here is doc for more details:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/

3. To display other flag on frontend please make sure the content you are viewing on the front-end must be translated. You can translate one page yourself to see if the language switcher appears correctly and display translated language flags:
https://wpml.org/documentation/beginners-guide-to-site-translation/

Please let me know if this resolves your issue or you need further assistance with this issue.

Thank you
