I am trying to: Go from a language to another and back to the first

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:hidden link That is just an exemple it happens everywhere

I expected to see: When i click on language switcher (top bar) I go to the good page. When i try to get back to the french page then it links to homepage.

Instead, I got: A link to the homepage.

So basically my language switcher works fine from french to english. but doesnt work from english to french where it links to the french homepage.

Thank you for the updates. The compatibility check is required in order to proper diagnostic the cause of this issue. Actually you don't need to make an entire setup of your website content, you just need to install your theme and create a test content, it can be a single post or page, no need to spend hours recreating the content.
