I am trying to:

Send a page to translations.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

none. we reverted back to 4.2.4.1

I expected to see:

Each Text box as a translation item

Instead, I got:

1 textbox with the shortcodes

Hi.

If I understand, correctly the problem started when you updated WPML to version 4.2.5 (latest).
Is this correct?
Are all the other related plugins are updated (WPML add-ons and WPbakery)?

Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read the detailed explanation about it here.
http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured and will help me understand the source of the problem.

Thanks,
Itamar.

Hi and thanks for the access details.

I've checked the Blog page for example. When I go to one of the translations I can only see one element for translation, the Text Block. Please see the attached screenshot.
Is this the problem that you have on your site?

I can see that you are using some plugins that extent WPBakery. Plugins like Genesys Hook: WPBakery, Easy Tables (vc), and Templatera. Most of the other elements besides the Text Block are not native WPBakery elements. You can see the list of elements of WPBakery that WPML supports here. https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/how-to-build-multilingual-sites-with-wpbakery-page-builder-and-wpml/#supported-modules
I suspect that those elements are not showing for translation because they are not compatible with WPML. You can add compatibility to WPBakery elements by following this tutorial.
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/maintaining-wpbakery-page-builder-compatibility-with-wpml/

Please let me know if this information is helpful to you.

Regards,
Itamar.

Hi.

No, I didn't change any settings; it was like that.

I look forward to your reply!
