This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: After reactivating the WPML plugin, the client experienced an issue with the layout of the language switcher button. It was not aligned correctly with the phone number on the website header. Solution: We recommended adding custom CSS to adjust the layout. Here is the CSS code we provided:
We advised the client to add this code via WP > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and then clear the browser cache to see the changes.

Thanks for contacting us. I've checked your Website and I noticed that the language switcher is being hidden by custom CSS code. The attached screenshot is how it should look when I remove the custom CSS code.
I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
I just opened my main page in elementor and the layout follows what I sent as attached in the previous reply, but on my live website it doesnt stay the same it's weird. Thank you for your time
I've added this custom CSS code below into WP > Appearance> Customize > Additional CSS and could you please check and see if it's what you're looking for?
Hi! Actually I should only see the language in which the website is not in. Please refer to the screenshot attached below. As you can see, "| EN" should be the expected result when the page is in French, and when the page is in English it should be "| FR". Thank you!
