This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
After reactivating the WPML plugin, the client experienced an issue with the layout of the language switcher button. It was not aligned correctly with the phone number on the website header.
Solution:
We recommended adding custom CSS to adjust the layout. Here is the CSS code we provided:
.header .header-top .header-wpml .wpml-ls-current-language {
display: inline-block !important;
}
.wpml-ls-first-item .wpml-ls-native:before{
width:0px!important;
}
We advised the client to add this code via WP > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and then clear the browser cache to see the changes.

The attached screenshot is how it should look when I remove the custom CSS code. I will need to closely examine your website. Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements. Hi! Actually I should only see the language in which the website is not in. Please refer to the screenshot attached below. As you can see, "| EN" should be the expected result when the page is in French, and when the page is in English it should be "| FR". Thank you!  |
