[Resolved] Layout on secondary languages showing layouts from primary language
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client's website has a layout that should display in Italian for the Italian version of the site, but it was showing in English instead. Solution: We identified that this issue had occurred previously with another user and was related to the Woodmart theme. We recommend checking the following forum post for a similar issue: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/issue-with-layout-pages-translation-status-stuck-in-progress/. We applied a workaround by manually translating the layout, which resolved the problem.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I have a layout with different languages on my site, for example, hidden link and hidden link. The layout for the Italian language was in Italian, but now it shows in English. It should be this layout: hidden link.
Symptoms:
The layout for the Italian language is showing in English instead of Italian.
Can you please explain how you created and translated this? As I understand you have created a product template, if so how? And assigned it for that product, and then translated the template, if so, how did you translate it?
Helo, thank you for support.
I am create layout for english ( main version ), and match layout with products by tags.
After that iam duplicate layout, translate it by myself to needed language.
Change language on admin panel.
Activate layout with second languages and change tags.
that could be the issue and cause of the problem, if you are translating manually but have not disabled the WPML editor, you can not mix methods since it will overwrite things added manually, each time you update default language template.
Hello. I am start doing by your schema, translate layouts manualy. But they stucked and work only one of them.
For example weight loss template was translated on spanish and polysh , but on spanish - spanish, on polysh - english ( main language ) hidden link hidden link
