We've added 200,000 credits to your site: hidden link. You should now see 197,912 credits on this site. This should allow you to translate the pages with this problem.
Please let us know if it's OK now.
About the last problem you mentioned in your previous reply. We focus on one issue per ticket in our technical support forum. Otherwise, tickets can get cluttered and confusing for both users and supporters. Let's continue with this issue in an ew ticket here.
first: thank you for the credits, really appreciate it.
I tested it with several single pages. Sometimes it works with the correct line breaks then another time it doesn't. Also for the same article once it doesn't works, then after trying again it's correct. It's really weird.
I also tried to manually translate, break up the paragraphs wich got combined (even though the setting to prefer bigger segments is deactivated) and click the Automatically Translate button in the Advanced Translation Editor. But this does not work at all either and the disconnected paragraphs just stay in the original language.
So no workarounds seem to work reliable as well.
For now, I'll just wait until the update gets released before I waste more credits.
Do you have an estimate when it is planned, and can you please let me know then?
And is there a way for myself to check the Version as well?
Our developers told me that the fix for this issue will be included in the next version of the Advanced Translation Editor. It may be next week, but I can't guarantee the exact date.
There is no way for users to see the current version of the Advanced Translation Editor. Still, the developer said they will consider adding this to the UI of the Advanced Translation Editor.
Regarding the current version of the Advanced Translation Editor, our developers have let me know that they will include this feature in a future version.
Edit: They also say seeing the version in the browser's console is already possible.
