[Closed] Link targets are not translated

Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that all links on my site, including those in the menu and on pages, are translated. Specifically, the link hidden link on the /nl/ folder should redirect to hidden link. Additionally, I want automatic redirection to hidden link when visiting hidden link, as this is set as the default language. I have used a redirection plugin to achieve this.

Symptoms:
The 'translate link targets' button does not change anything. Links are not translated as expected, and there is no automatic redirection to the default language.

Why are the links not being translated?
Why is there no automatic redirection to the default language?
