This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the logo is missing in the header for two of the four languages on their site.
Solution:
If you're facing a similar issue with your logo not appearing correctly across different language versions of your site, we recommend the following steps:
1. Ensure that the WPML Media Translation plugin is installed and activated. You can install it via your WP dashboard under Plugins >> Add New Plugin >> Commercial tab, or download it from here.
2. Navigate to WPML >> Media Translation.
3. Use the search function to find the logo by entering 'logo' and clicking the Filter button.
4. Click on the Plus (+) icon next to the logo, add the logo name in the Name field to enable the save button, and then click 'Save media translation'.
5. Clear all types of site/server/CDN cache.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. We highly recommend opening a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. This type of issue usually happens when the logo image is not translated into secondary languages. Could you please follow the below steps and see if this resolves the issue:

1. Install/activate the WPML Media Translation plugin on your site. If the WPML is registered properly on your site, please go to your WP dashboard >> Plugins >> Add New Plugin > Commercial tab and install that plugin, or you should be able to download it from here: https://wpml.org/download/wpml-media/

2. After activating the WPML Media Translation plugin, go to WPML >> Media Translation.
3. Search for the logo name e.g. “logo” and press the Filter button.
4. Click on the Plus(+) icon, add the logo name in the Name field to enable the save button.
5. Press the “Save media translation” button.
6. Clear all sorts of site/server/CDN cache and see if this resolves the issue.

Kindly let me know the results,
Thank you
