I had several set up issues with the plugin, for that I had to create several copies of the site to give access to WPML support team (see below the list of opened tickets). At the end after several attempts the different solution proposed fixed some of the issues of WPML. But now I have another issue, all my 90k credits are gone.

Could you please help me to recover my credits so I could complete translation?

Hi there.

From what I can see in our system, all the credits that you had were used already. I am attaching a screenshot.

You can also find your Automatic Translation Usage Report if you go to WPML > Translation Management > Automatic Translation > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports (as you can see in the screenshot from the section below):
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-invoices/#where-to-find-your-past-pay-as-you-go-invoices

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund translation credits that have been used already.

We also mention this in our documentation here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/#refunds-for-automatic-translation-credits

We also pay for these credits so once they are used, we already sent our payment to the translation engine service.

I hope that you will find this answer helpful.

Please let me know if there's anything I'm missing here.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei
