Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

I see you have created site key with these details : hidden link
You have to create a sitekey for your site with the domain including your HTTP or HTTPS or with www or without www as you have domain.

If that does not help,
- Please delete your current WPML plugin.
- Please go to WPML.org and at https://wpml.org/account/sites/ look for your current key and erase it.
- Create a new one with the new URL. Please:: be aware that your domain does not use the www, so add exactly the same URL for generating your key.
- Go to Plugins -> Add New and install the WPML again.
- Add your new key.

Does it work solve your issue ?

or Please go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/ there you should be able to see your site registered (unless you never register your site before)

then click on the little trash icon

and follow the steps shown in the video hidden link

Regards,
Riffaz.

I do not know what is "hidden link" and I dont know where is that showing on my account.
I currently have a key for "thekhayal.com" and is has been working fine, but suddenly when the latest update came it refused to update and asked for my key, and when I re-entered my I got the key I got the error.

As for removing the plugin, I do not want to do so and lose all the hard work I have done so far on my site with your plugin.

Hi,

I do not know what is "hidden link" and I dont know where is that showing on my account.
- it's not in your account.
- it's from our records/database.
- so we can very that in which site you are using WPML

I currently have a key for "thekhayal.com" and is has been working fine, but suddenly when the latest update came it refused to update and asked for my key, and when I re-entered my I got the key I got the error.
- What do you see when you go to https://wpml.org/account/downloads/ ?

As for removing the plugin, I do not want to do so and lose all the hard work I have done so far on my site with your plugin.
- you will not lose any translations or your works just by deleting the plugin.
- works/translation are saved in database.
- Anyhow, make a backup (both files and database) for your site before updating/proceeding anything (Always a good practice!).

Ok, you do not have to delete the plugin.
Try to do this.
Go to https://wpml.org/account/downloads/
Remove your current key
Create a new key for your domain with HTTP or HTTPs
Use that key and register again in your site > plugins > commercial tab

Let me know how it goes.
