Hey Kor, what's happening? this is taking weeks and we are not able to do translation. it's business critical to get this solved, please come back to me with an update and an eta on fixing this ongoing issue. Thanks.

I've checked the status of the report and it looks like our devs are still checking on this. Sorry, we don't have any solution for now but I will come back to you once I've feedback.

I've checked the status and it has reached our developers. This is related to an issue with the translation memory.

As for the critical error issue, you mentioned that it is resolved here https://wpml.org/forums/topic/my-site-has-a-critical-error-and-crashed/page/3/#post-16051989 . Are you saying that the problem came back?

Thanks Kor for responding so promptly. No I didn’t mean that the critical error has come back however we are not updating the site with any content because we are awaiting your team’s fix on the translation memory problem. I was just pointing out that we have had software trouble since 12th August Have they any clues??
