Hello @edil, welcome to the WPML support Forum!

Please try the steps below:
- Make sure you have the Translation Magagement and String Translator extensions active. If not, you can download here: https://wpml.org/account/downloads/
- Go to WPML → Theme and Plugin Localization → Strings in the plugins
- Select your plugin and click on Scan selected plugin for strings
- Go to WPML → String Translation and search for the Strings
- Translate the string, check the Translation is complete field and click on Save.

Ref: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

If you can not find the strings, check it is possible to find it on the Translate texts in admin screen page, like on this link: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/#admin_texts

Please let us know if it worked for you.

To ensure the quickest and most accurate support, please provide your debug information so that I can get a look at some of your configurations. We have an excellent article on how to located here: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.
NOTE: Please be sure to check the box to indicate you can provide debug info and paste your debug info in the debug field provided, and NOT in the general response field.

All the best,
Diego

Hello @diego. Thank you for responding to my support request.

I tried ,"the Translate texts in admin screen page", and was able to check items under, 'age-verifier-admin-options/settings', but when I go back to String Translation nothing shows up under "Domain" for admin_textx. for the plug-in.

I also tried, "Scan selected plugin for strings" for the plug-in but your system doesn't find any strings to translate.

Do you have any other suggestions ?

Edi

Hi,

and was able to check items under, 'age-verifier-admin-options/settings

Can you tell me if you clicked apply after this? It is at the bottom of the screen, checking them alone will not do.

I also tried, "Scan selected plugin for strings" for the plug-in but your system doesn't find any strings to translate.

If the plugin has not registered for translation any texts, then WPML will not be able to find it, while admin strings are not stored here.

However, there is also an option to use our multilingual tools plug-in:

Click the green "download" button and then check this section:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-compatibility-test-tools-plugin/#how-do-i-generate-language-configuration-files-using-multilingual-tools

Once you choose them, click "“Save to file" and then you can use that for the WPML -> Settings page and click the Custom XML Configuration tab.
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/overriding-language-configuration-files/

Let me know how it goes!

Regards,
Bruno Kos
