Problem:
You are translating products and have noticed that the product is not connected to the media.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Navigate to WPML → Settings → Media Translation.
2. Disable

Automatically detect best options for translating image texts

and click setup manually.
3. Check

Existing content

and

New content

and run the process.
Before making any changes, please back up your database.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,

I am translating products and I have notice that product is not connected to the media. How can I solve this issue? I am doing Translation through WPML translations.

Have you tried the following?

1. Go to WPML → Settings → Media Translation

2. Disable "Automatically detect best options for translating image texts " and click setup manually

3. Check "Existing content" and "New content " and run the process.

Before making any changes, please back up your database.
