Media library does not show uploaded image

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The uploaded images do not appear in the Media Library when WPML is activated.

Solution:
Setting the translation of Media from 'show only translated items' to 'use translation if available or fall back on standard language' in WPML->Settings resolved the issue.

charlotteM-2	Background of the issue: I am trying to upload images to posts and products, which succeeds, but the images do not show up in the Media Library. I deactivated WPML, and then everything works well. When I activate WPML, the uploaded images disappear. The issue can be seen at hidden link. I reported this issue before, and even after migrating the site to a better host, the problem remains. I also checked the debug.log as instructed, but there is no debug.log. Symptoms: The uploaded images do not appear in the Media Library when WPML is activated. No debug.log is available. Questions: Why do images disappear from the Media Library when WPML is activated? How can I resolve the issue of images not showing in the Media Library with WPML active?
