This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Raidboxes media translation causes the blank screen upon saving
Solution:
Raidboxes code overwrites anything already in the window's onload event.

window.onload = ...

We cannot solve this on our side and this is not the right way to do this.
They should add on to existing onload handlers, not overwrite them.

I use Media Translation and want to duplicate the images in my languages.
I choose the options under WPML -> Settings -> Media Translation and want to save that, but after click on the button the site is white and doesnt work.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

So upon this action, you get the white screen, correct? This means that website has gone into fatal error of some sort and we need to find out what it is. Therefore, can you do the following?

1. Edit wp-config.php and insert the following lines:

define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

2. Reproduce the issue.

3. Locate the debug log in: /wp-content/debug.log

4. Paste the latest lines here. No need to paste the entire log file, just 50 lines or so will do. Please censor any sensitive information.

When I set the Debug on true and reproduce the issue, nothing appears in the Debug Log.

Hi,

In order to debug this issue further quickly, would you be willing to provide me with temporary WordPress admin username so I could investigate the issue directly? I have marked your next reply private so you can safely add this information.

Hi,

Now what I saw the Raidboxes in the URL, I'm afraid I only have the bad news for you - there's nothing we can do. I had the exact same issue with one of my clients few months ago and let me give you the findings from our compatibility team and the conclusion:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/media-translation-settings-not-saving/#post-3438427

And also:

Apparently nothing has been changed in the way Raidboxes manages this JavaScript code, but they are not doing it properly.

Hi, i wrote with the support and they fixed the problem.
So media translation now could save the settings.
But it doesn't duplicate the pictures of my posts - if i click start at wpml -> settings -> media translation with the checked options, it shows the number of medias to translate/duplicate and count down. But in the translated posts the pictures are not duplicated...

Much regards
