Tell us what you are trying to do?
I try to use the menu auto sync but I get a FATAL ERROR Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)...........

My site is also very slow. I think its the plugin. I send you screenshots of my data.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML.

This error means that the allocated memory limit in your hosting is not enough.
As per your debug info, your hosting allows only 256Mb max.

This can be fixed by your hosting in minutes.
Show the error message to them and ask them to increase the memory limit as much as they can for your plan.

Also, please increase your WP memory limit as well.

This will help you with the steps: hidden link

Normally, in a shared hosting you won't be able to increase the memory limit as you want.
That part should be handled by the hosting.

You can check your actual configuration using any of these plugins : https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/phpinfo/

Let me know the results, please.

Regards,
Riffaz.
