Menu doesnt work

I will be happy to help you with this.

Can you please elaborate a bit more about the issue? What do you mean by "menu doesn't work", what are you trying to accomplish, what are the exact steps you took by now and do you see any error? If you have any screenshots, that will help a lot.

I am able to see the menu on your site and from what I can see, in the language switcher, it shows only the English language which means that the homepage has not been yet translated into another language.

The language switcher shows only the languages the current page was translated in.

Once you start to translate it in more languages, you will see that more flags will appear at the top.

If nothing from above works and you still need help, can you also please paste your WPML Debug information in the Debug information field?

Thank you for your reply. But this is exacly the issue. I have no idea with it wont work with the page i translated. any idea where can i find useful information about how to re install maybe?

Can you please let me know what is the page that you are referring to where the menu is not showing up?

Also, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
