I am trying to:make Spanish menus

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:hidden link

I expected to see:all menus

Instead, I got:home page link only "inicio"
when I try to translate the menu, the Menu items are not appearing in WPML -> String Translation or manually. Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

I have accessed your website and also based on the images you provided, you're doing it correctly. However, you cannot synchronize menu items because they don't exist (see my image). In other words, you have not translated any of the pages into other languages, so WPML cannot retrieve them.

Therefore, you could translate them:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/

Or perhaps batch duplicate pages if you don't plan to translate them, but rather synchronize the original with "translations":
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/using-content-duplication/#batch-duplicating

On a side note, you could also click on the + sign when on Menus, therefore changing the menu language thus creating its translation and edit individual menus for each language just as you would do for the original (not using menu synchronization).

Bruno Kos
